General Monsoon Skin Care

An effective skin care routine consists of 4 steps:

  1. Cleansing
  2. Toning
  3. Moisturizing
  4. Conditioning

Each step of skin care routine has to be customized as per the skin type. Cleansing gets rid of stuff that block skin’s surface. It removes stale make-up, cleans skin pores and exfoliates dead cells.

People with dry to normal skin should use a gentle cleanser to clean the face twice daily and then tone with alcohol-free skin freshener & apply a lotion based moisturizer. For oily skin cleanse with oil free cleanser twice a day. Use exfoliating scrub twice a week (home recipe for exfoliating scrub given below).
